Born and raised in Georgia, Kristin is the calm in our chaos. She keeps projects (and people) on track with a sharp mind, steady hand, and just the right amount of Southern charm. A dedicated mom and the group’s voice of reason, she’s the behind-the-scenes force making everything run smoothly—whether we realize it or not.

Rick’s been in packaging long enough to have seen trends come, go, and come back again with a new name. As JJ’s boss, he brings calm to the chaos, sharp instincts to the table, and just enough patience to keep promises realistic (most of the time).
